Due to historical reasons, Hainan basic education, especially in the rural areas, the teachers strength is relatively weak. Training is one of the important ways to improve teachers’ quality, and to investigate the teacher’s training status of the Hainan countryside junior middle school, to explore the reasonable and effective teacher training is the major topic of the dissertation.By way of questionnaire and interview, we total investigate and survey 1000 teachers in Hainan rural areas(Dingan,Dongfang,Qiongzhong,Ledong,Lingshui,Dunchang,Wuzhishan etc.),we provide 1000 questionnaires, and receive feedback of 918, the recovery rate of 91.8%, the effective questionnaire of 880, effective rate was 96.9%, and has carried on the interview to 20 rural teachers.The paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter has summarized the research origin and meaning; Defining the relevant concepts of articles; Introduced the study of the theory of the junior high school teacher training; From the training mechanism, requirements, content, modality, evaluation system, carding domestic rural teacher training mode.The second chapter,respectively expound several kinds of typical teacher training mode of rural junior high school from domestic and overseas, compared the main training methods advantages and disadvantages,and give us some useful methods from the teachers’ training.The third chapter,through the investigation, analyzed the basic situation of rural teachers, including gender, age, teaching experience, teaching subject, education and job satisfaction; From demand, purpose, time, content, form, cost, effect of school-based training, and training institutions has carried on the analysis of the status of the countryside junior middle school teachers’ training of Hainan province. The problems found that: inadequate training research; The training content lack of practicality; The lack of participatory training mode; Training the teachers structure and level remains to be further improved; Teachers’ motivation and attitude is not energetically; lack of Training evaluation and tracking efficiencies.The fourth chapter,according to the analysis of the status for the training of rural teachers, propose six corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures for reform: strengthen training research, strengthen training pertinence; Optimization of teachers’ training content, enhance the practice of training, For teachers to participate in the main line, the innovation training mode, improve teachers’ participation actual effect; Optimize the structure of teachers, improve training quality. Build a scientific and complete evaluation system, strengthen the training of incentive; Attaches great importance to the training after the tracking guidance and services.
