The aim of education in the21st century society is cultivating a large number oftalents. In order to implement the quality-oriented education and improve the qualityof students, it is necessary to firmly implement the quality-oriented education. Thekey to the quality-oriented education is to improve the overall quality of the teachers,while the core of the teachers’ quality is the moral quality.With the development ofquality-oriented education, the importance of professional moral of teachers has gotmore attention and more and more relevant researches had been done. When we referto strengthen the teacher ranks in the China’s Education Plan, we should emphasis onthe moral education so as to cultivate more professional teachers with noblemoral.This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation of secondary schoolteachers’ professional moral in rural in Zhanjiang, Guangdong and proposing thestrategies.In this paper, the questionnaire of Current Situation of secondary schoolteachers’ professional moral in Guangdong rural is based on the teachers’ moralabout teaching and treating students, personal moral and the collective moral amongteachers. Through studying the teachers and students questionnaires in three ruralsecondary schools in Zhanjiang,I obtained some information about the currentsituation of secondary school teachers’ professional moral in Guangdong ruralareas.In this paper, on the basis of investigation and research, I propose somestrategies for enhancing teachers’ professional moral of secondary schools in ruralarea in Zhanjiang.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the preamble, mainly explained this study’s origin, theories, ideas,research methods and practical significance. Through the introduction of relevantconcepts and literatures, this paper expounds the significance of studying the currentsituation of secondary school teachers’ professional moral in Guangdong rural areas.In the beginning of the second part is the statement about the rural middle schoolin Zhanjiang. On the basis of the statement, some methods such as literature review,questionnaires, and interviews were adapted to study the current situation of secondary school teachers’ professional moral in rural area. Some relevant Inductionsand conclusions are also obtained.In the third part, both subjective and objective analysis concerning some teachers’lacking professional moral in rural middle school is abstained as well as theinvestigation about the reasons of the phenomenon.In the fourth part, according to theories of education and other relevant disciplines,feasible strategies, in the basis of the current resource of education in Guangdongand the teachers’ own characters, is reached to improve the secondary schoolteachers’ professional moral in Guangdong’s rural areas.At the end of the paper is the summary and reflection the whole text.
