Study On Operating In-chain Model In Changsha Xingcheng Kindergarten

With the Chinese people’s living standards increase year by year and the increasingly fierce competition for talent, the parents are more and more attention to their children’s pre-school education, resulting in the parents choice on the demand for kindergartens have become stronger. At the same time, the government gives the stronger support and encouragement policies for private education, making more and more education and training institutions to join the kindergarten education field. It brings the new ideas and new knowledge to this industry, and also further promote the private kindergarten education to develop rapidly.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance to the paper, outlines the content and method, and then elaborates related concepts and analyses policy environment, economic environment, social culture and technology environment. Secondly, by using Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the nursery’s industry environment, such as existing competitors, potential competitors, suppliers and the threat of substitutes. The thesis analyses the advantage and disadvantage of the enterprise, as well as the opportunity threat to the industry with SWOT analysis method. Thirdly, the thesis analyses how to choose the enterprise’s business model and how to carry out it. At the end, the thesis confirms the specific measure in implementation of the strategy, such as strengthening the daily management, strengthening the teaching staff and so on.The idea and method in this paper will be used in the development of Xingcheng nursery.
