Study On The Service Counermeasure Of Family Planning For Floating Population Under "Two Children" Policy

In this research the dynamic monitoring of the floating population in the country based on the questionnaire survey,to join two child policy fully liberalised related impact survey design,the research object is floating population density high rock street,wenzhou ouhai district,the integrated use of literature,the research on methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,inductive analysis,field visited wenzhou ouhai district immortal rock street suifeng,shen'ao,yanyi,huatai village,understanding the immortal rock two child policy of the floating population to have impact,so as to more accurately grasp the ouhai floating population family planning management of the status quo,on the basis of systematic analysis of the pressure-state-response model in family planning services for and management of the floating population after the second child out,is facing new challenges,and under the perspective of service-oriented government put forward to promote the pressure-state-response model of the floating population family planning countermeasures and Suggestions from management to service.This paper is divided into six parts:First,explain the topic and significance of this research,analyze the research status at home and abroad,introduce the research ideas and methods and innovations;Second,introduce the relevant theoretical basis;Thirdly,we analyze the current situation of family planning services for the floating population in Xianyan Street,Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,including the situation of women of childbearing age,the level of family planning services,quality awareness and so on.Fourthly,by investigating,assessing and forecasting the willingness,condition and policy awareness of the second child of the floating population,opening up the second child brings new challenges and changes to the family planning service of the floating population.Fifthly,through the basic situation and the family planning organization structure of the existing floating population,the author analyzes the key points and difficulties of the current family planning work.Sixthly,after the implementation of the "second child" policy,the paper probes into the system,team and content,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the family planning management of floating population.First,study the review and theoretical basis of domestic and international studies.
