In recent years, with the high speed development of China’s tourism industry, the tourism higher education is prosperity development to match it, tourism management undergraduates on the tourism industry recognition continue to decline, the industry low employment rate is always a difficulty problem in tourism education and tourism industry. On the one hand, tourism enterprises need a large number of high-quality professional talent. On the other hand, the phenomenon that tourism management graduates don’t choose tourism industry to work, even though there are so many position needed. Under this background, how to do a good job of career guidance, and strive to achieve the smooth employment of graduates has become the emphasis and focus of the career guidance. This paper gives specific scheme about the career guidance curriculum, from the point of curriculum making of career guidance, take an educational institution for reference,and combining with the characteristics of career guidance for tourism management.
