In recent years,the provinces have introduced the new college entrance examination reform program,students have to choose more autonomy,and correspondingly,the students need for their future occupation have a more clear planning,professional volunteer candidates will no longer be finished after the consideration of the problem,but in high school to face the choice,and this choice will be directly related to the content of their learning in senior high schools of different levels and learning state,and even affect their academic achievement,but also with the major choice in college entrance examination and the future direction of development is closely related to occupation.In order to enhance students major decision-making ability,improve high school students' career decision-making self-efficacy,professional high school students through the "decision making self efficacy scale" of Changsha District of Wangcheng W middle school 289 high school students conducted a survey to understand the current situation of China's high school students career decision-making self-efficacy,and on the basis of career counseling course in the form of high school students for psychological intervention to improve their major decision-making confidence.The results are as follows:1.Senior high school students' majol decision-making self-efficacy is at a moderate level.2.There is no gender difference in senior high school students' major decision-making self-efficacy.3.There are significant differences in the five dimensions of self evaluation,information collection,target selection,planning,problem solving,and total scale of senior high school students' major decision-making self-efficacy between class leaders and non class cadres.4.Only children and non only child high school students' major decision-making self-efficacy have significant differences in choosing target dimensions,but there is no significant difference between the other four dimensions and the total scale.5.Fathers with different academic backgrounds have significant differences in planning,problem solving,two dimensions and total scale,there are significant differences in the choice of goals,the two dimensions of the problem solving and the total score of the high school students with different mother's educational backgrounds.6.There are significant differences in the five dimensions and the total amount of the table of senior high school students' major decision-making self-efficacy between part-time experience and no part-time experience.7.The career counseling activities designed in this study improve the level of major decision-making self-efficacy of senior high school students,and have good effects.They can be popularized and applied in high school career guidance through the improvement and revision.
