Vocational education in professional settings are required as the market for timely adjustments, changing, plus schools prepare limited and can not all use the school full-time teachers, build schools full-time teachers and external teachers combination of secondary vocational education faculty development key.In recent years, the management of external teachers is increasingly the focus of scholars’ attention, however, this issue has not been extensively researched.This paper defines the concept of external teachers on the basis of previous studies and the actual situation of secondary vocational school. In order to understand the current situation and management problems of external groups of teachers deeply, the author takes Jiangxi DZ Vocation Middle School which has a better development of vocational education as an example. According to the survey of students, external teachers, full-time teachers and managers from Jiangxi DZ Vocation Middle School, the paper tries to find problems and further puts forward the countermeasure for management of external teachers in secondary vocational school.The first chapter of this paper introduces mainly the significance, the definition of the concept, related research review, research ideas and methods of the issue. The second chapter of this paper presents an overview of Jiangxi DZ Vocation Middle School,and the current management situation and existing problems through interview and questionnaire survey; The third chapter analyzes the theory basis on the management of external teachers in secondary vocational schools and introduce foreign vocational education in the successful experience of the part-time teachers managemen; The fourth chapter, on the basis of investigation and reference, put forward the corresponding solution from five aspects: to carry out the employment system, perfecting the evaluation system,set up training system, perfecting the incentive mechanism, establishing the part-time teachers’ human resources information platform.
