Their education reform measures is to break through the traditional education idea, teaching organization form and the school management, attracted a lot of tour visiting scholars, once caused the attention of education practice. But with the deepening of reform school, it’s also exposed many problems, such as the limitations of " one school, one pattern ", the science of education reforms and the education reform of excessive packaging propaganda and so on. It caused education reform attention gradually fading vision, educational theorists of "cold", the limited influence of education reform and other issues. Experience and lessons from the analysis of the educational reform of "typical phenomenon" will has great significance to the development of education reform in our country.This paper first introduces the domestic research status of education reform "typical phenomenon", and the relevant foreign theory of education reform. The purpose of this article is to help the analysis of the educational reform of "typical phenomenon", and also stated the origin of this study, the research significance, related core concepts, etc. Secondly, analysis from two aspects of inside and outside the school education reform the birth of the "typical phenomenon" conditions, hope more schools can draw lessons from them, make full use of the favorable conditions of education reform, dare to break the traditional schools, to carry out the innovative education reform practice.
