Art education ideas of Eisner is one of the representative of "Essence theory", comparing to the "tool theory", it emphasize more on the study of fine arts discipline structure, advocating strict systemic art courses, to achieve the value of art education. Eisner’s idea about the art curriculum should be to combine art criticism, history, culture and knowledge as a whole, to pay attention for the fine arts education effect through teacher guiding the students. We found that there are many relationships between Eisner’s subject "Essence theory" professional and fine arts curriculum, but Eisner put too much emphasis on academic center, so we should be selective in drawing. Aiming at the problem of what abilities should be the art normal school students have, we through our domestic normal university fine arts curriculum to carry on contrast analysis, then discovered that the domestic normal university fine arts curriculum generally consistent, general education has more tool or political class, lack art criticism courses, art cultural knowledge, studio direction courses, in short of more practice time. Normal majors of the arts students facing the situation having no specialty and low art criticism ability. Consider these factors, in order to perfect the art of Chinese Normal University curriculum construction, we tried through optimizing art culture, adding art criticism and studio required course, prolong the time of education practice and so on, do some practice and try to enhance personal career abilities of normal school students with a comprehensive art education perspective.This paper takes Eisner’s idea of art education as the theoretical starting point, generally around "1theme, 1 category, the two dimensions " to do a comparative study. The theme is "High normal school", 1categories refer to "Art education curriculum of high normal school", the two dimension is that the history of the Higher Pedagogical Fine arts development and the construction current situation of art major in the high normal universities. The article is divided into five chapters to state.The introduction states the source of research problem and the present situation of the topic research. The problem originated in the capacity of a middle school in Wenzhou, about the abilities a new art teachers should have. Eisner’s idea as the representative of the DBAE theory of curriculum planning has been used in foreign countries such as America many state school and Hong Kong college of education in our country.The first chapter states the art education thoughts of Eisner. It concludes the art education values, thoughts of Eisner curriculum and view of teaching. One of Eisner’s curriculum theory is key.The second chapter reviews general arrangement of Art Curriculum of high normal universities. According to three sections,including the history of the high normal university and the existing problems. Comparison of fine arts studies curriculum setting and the employment situation of students and curriculum implementation. We think that we should reform the normal course content, enhance the "Extensive and Posted" teacher personal charm fundamentally.The third chapter elaborates the relationship between Eisner curriculum view and the curriculum of normal major of fine arts, they are mutually complement each other. Eisner curriculum to promote the fine arts curriculum to specialized, and in the progress of the fine arts course, new applications is also continuously added to Eisner’ s art education view.The fourth chapter elaborates Eisner curriculum views has important implications for higher education of fine arts. Eisner’s curriculum view has its advantages and disadvantages, we should have a dialectical to apply reasonably.The last chapter according to the Eisner art curriculum, put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the professional course in normal colleges. We believe that sequencing curriculum reasonably with a comprehensive art education curriculum view, influencing students’ art criticism, art creativity and cultural mastery in many aspects, at the same time, improving the method of teaching and prolong the time of educational practice, to enhance the ability of normal major of arts students’ pre-job ability and improve teachers’ personal charm fundamentally before working.
