Xinjiang middle school has long been adopted the uniform national curriculum,lack of flexibility and diversity. In the quality-oriented education today, attachesgreat importance to the national minority folk art education, has become thedevelopment trend of contemporary world fine arts education in an important aspect,has also become a hot topic of basic education in the new period in our country,combined with national teaching material’s content is too single, so the developmentand utilization of Xinjiang ethnic folk art school-based curriculum resourcesdevelopment and the regional characteristic is around the corner, through mining theXinjiang folk fine arts resources availability, developing school-based curriculum,and effectively promote the smooth implementation of the school-based curriculumof fine arts, to enrich our art teaching content, at the same time stimulate students’interest in learning art, love of Chinese culture, improve their fine artsaccomplishment, and after learning can inherit and carry forward the excellentnational culture in Xinjiang.This topic research to the middle school fine arts curriculum standard as thefoundation, to Xinjiang city a few middle school art school-based curriculumdevelopment and implementation of field investigation, to Xinjiang middle schoolart school-based curriculum development has unique value and function of in-depthresearch, the article analyses the characteristics of middle school art school-basedcurriculum development, significance, and the results obtained and theenlightenment to us, also analyzes the existing problems, Suggestions were putforward. The focus of this article is to study how to effective use in the middleschool fine arts teaching in Xinjiang folk fine arts resources, specific lists thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in Xinjiang at the forefront of severalexcellent examples of the middle school, through the analysis of case to share a fewmiddle school to use the Xinjiang folk fine arts resources development and thesuccessful experience of school-based curriculum, analyze problems, thinking aboutthe solution. Finally the Xinjiang middle school art school-based curriculumdevelopmentDirection and strategy, puts forward some opinions, hope our high school artschool-based curriculum development towards scientific, standardized, perfectingand developing better tomorrow.
