Nowadays, in The fine arts education field, academic circle has paid more attention on the development and use of curriculum resources while the progress of compulsory education develops with steady steps. Longquanyi district of Chengdu city have Rich resources of Hakka culture, So schools should widely absorb local outstanding Hakka culture, Create a with local characteristics and does not conflict with art teaching outline of curriculum resources, so as to promote the prosperity of art curriculum and the development of the teachers and students, and to meet the needs of the students’ individual development and adapt to the particularity of local economic and cultural development.Outstanding regional culture is our valuable cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, but today, the desalination of the regional culture and disappears, has become the prominent problems in our modern society. To the protection of regional culture, only rely on social elite is not enough. The protection couldn’t catch up with a rate of speed. Cultural dissemination and inherit depends on education, we should make the regional culture rooted in modern education. With rich regional art infection students, can take advantage of students’ active participation to strengthen cultural exchanges and communication, and make it become the backbone of the local culture protection.Baihe straw technology comes from Hakka folk art, which has strong regional characteristics. We should complying with the trend of new curriculum reform of fine arts, with strong local characteristics of the Hakka folk art into our art tutorial. With the interaction between teachers and students can make our excellent folk art can be passed down from one generation to another. In this paper, from the exploration of art education in Baihe straw culture, with different methods combine the theory and practice, to find new way to apply straw cultural resources with fine arts education. Make the social demand combined with the integration of local characteristics. This paper use analysis of the case of Baihe straw technology, to explore local curriculum, and make a scientific evaluation and feedback from teachers and students.
