| Academic examination is a necessary link in the education and teaching.Inside the school use it for the detection of students’ academic level,improving the quality of teaching,it is not the general sense of selective examination.As a part of teaching,the exam is an activity that under the guidance of some views of education.In our opinion,education creates the soul of man.In essence,it certainly is an interactive and communication activity between people.So between teachers and students is the interaction and communication of telesthesia that building on shared purpose and interests,inclination and hobbies and so on.It is a fully contact with each other in the spirit world.Education should base on the reality of human,achieve human’s tranacendence,make students acquire harmonious and comprehensive development as much as they can.Make full use of each student’s different potention let them have the ability to get happiness.Academic examination should serve for the communication between teachers and students,for the development and happiness of students.Based on analysis and reflection on the existing research,on the perspective of pupils’ feel,study the operation of exam as a discourse practice in the field of primary school and find the existing problems.By using the method of qualitative research to investigate the feelings and expectations on students in all aspects of the examination. Specifically use the method of observation,concrete and physical analysis to collect research data.The survey found that:first,with the increase of grade,students’ attitude of the examination are more and more negative.On the one hand, because of parents and teachers’ sense of success or failure,the peer group identity is closely related to the students’ success and failure in examination,resulting in their increasing negative emotions to examination with the increase of grade;on the other hand,with the grade rising,the various negative experience of failing in the exam make students’ understanding of examination’s value narrowed.Students gradually losing the positive identity of the value of examination.Secondly,the examination which is a tool and the development of students that as purpose have the order reversed in the present.The current practice of examination enabled students to adapt to the immutable and frozen examination,rather than change the examination to adapt to the development of students.The students are dissatisfied with the aspects of the examination’s form,content,especially the management of test and the use of test result.The helpless adaptation on examination also lead to students’ extreme emotion such as tired,inferiority,jealousy and so on.Once again,the exam made the exchange between teachers and students different due to the different achievement of learning.The generalization of the effect of examination makes the exchange between teachers and students narrowed. Compared with pay attention to students’ performance in practical activities,test is more convenient, economic,so it leads to the teachers’ practical wisdom be shadowed.On the basis of Foucault’s theory of discourse and power, the current practice of test is full of discourse/power operation.Teachers’ willing to truth in the examination management will lead to the lack of education.By reward and punishment,the specification relevant to examination performance is established in the school.Through repentance,reflection which is a strategy of the technology of power that makes the meaning of existence in touch with shame established causes the specification be behooved.The calculability of examination enable students to become people that "can be calculated",only facing to the minimum part of students’ development.The power deployment behind the test scores,resulting in the other in the class.Reflect on the contemporary society,there are two opposing and extreme awareness of test.In the basis of criticism on it,put forward the view that the implementation of the examination should be directed by the reasonable education.The transition of educational conception will inevitably bring about the teachers’ rational understanding of examination so that the examination as a method of evaluation could have a fully and reasonable use.What’s more,we could use a variety of evaluation methods creatively in practice.Encourage primary school teachers cooperating with experts to start action research and use their creativity to explore flexible and effective evaluation methods,based on the existing research and teaching practice. |
