Teacher-child relationship means that the Interpersonal relationship formed by the interaction and mutual influence between teacher and children in the daily life of kindergartens. Teacher-child relationship is the expression form of education itself, education activities is always contact with teacher-child communication, therefore, the relationship between teachers and children should plays an important role in the knowledge acquired and moral character education for children. In order to play this effect better, teacher should attach much weight to the positive role of ethics in the teacher-child relation. As the research category of the Educational Ethics, teachers’ happiness, teachers’ justice and teachers’ obligation are all of the research fields of Teachers’ Ethics.However, in the practice of education, the individual happiness of teachers and children is decreased obviously because of the freedom of children’s exploration curtailed; the different expression of teachers’ care is often unfair to children; on the performing of Fiduciary Duty and being a model of virtue, teacher can not fulfill obligations consciously. In this research, the researcher adopted observation method and interview method, and learned that the contradiction between the reality of working conditions and the ideal work environment for teacher is the basic reason why happiness lies away from teachers and children. The plight of justice issues is teachers’ care was suspected as biased, and love-based punishment is excessive. A relationship of trust, respect and understanding between teacher and children is difficult to established, this suggests a lack of sense of obligation and responsibility by teachers.For this reason, we should pay attention to establish the moral relations and emotional relations in future teacher-child relationships, the pursuit of teachers and children’s well-being become a constructive discussion. The way to achieve this goal is as follows: First, children’s parents and administrators should care and respect teachers, only in this way, can teacher show concern to children and help children develop care habits. Secondly, it is better to take the strategy of the combing justice and care, when we emphasize the justice in education, caring of children is needed, when we fulfill the responsibilities to care children, the responsbilities must be built on justice; Finally, teacher should respect the obligations, only then, the things that is conductive to the preschool education can be done.
