Non verbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers in classroom teaching refers to: "Chinese teachers in special teaching situation, aimed at student and, for a communicative purpose and is closely linked with the Chinese language teachers nonverbal behavior." The study on nonverbal behavior in classroom teaching of Chinese in high school can not give full play to the role of the problem, using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey, classroom observation, interviews and other research methods, with the dialogue theory, observational learning theory and aesthetic theory as the theoretical basis of the teacher,Focuses on the following contents:First, the connotation of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior.Second, the type of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior.Third. Chinese teacher characteristics of non-verbal behavior.Fourth, function of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior.Fifth,the survey of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior in the status quo, analysis of influencing factors of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior.Sixth, put forward the effective strategies to improve the Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior.In this study, the reference based on the results of previous studies, tries to analyze the influence factors of Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior,Several strategies are proposed to enhance the Chinese teachers’ nonverbal behavior in classroom teaching:First, must transform the idea, nonverbal behaviors of dialectical view of Chinese teachers;Second, the use of the principle of clear language teachers’ nonverbal behavior;Third, master the use of nonverbal communication behaviors of teachers’ knowledge and skills;Fourth, adopt the practical teachers’ nonverbal behavior training model.In a word, to improve the ability of Chinese teachers by the non verbal communication behavior, strengthen the Chinese teachers in the classroom teaching of non verbal communication behavior knowledge is very necessary, and it is worthy of our continued a exploration. I hope that this paper can play a role.
