Conservation Issues And Countermeasures Of Newly-founded Public Kindergarten

High-quality nursery care is a natural extension of the work of family education,it has a banefit on promoting the relationship between the teacher and children and to built on the sense of security and belonging; Kindergarten’s conservation work is a direct way of life education implementation of kindergarten and it can help children develop good living habits an early age.Therefore, conservation work in kindergarten is very important. The kindergarten should have health care system to improve the effective conservation work at the beginning of the garden,nurses should have the advanced conservation philosophy and strong conservation knowledge and skills.After the three year action plan of preschool education,Zhengzhou had constructed and renovated new public kindergartens for 308, each district will build a number of kindergartens.Therefore, to carry on the new public kindergarten’s conservation status of the research, of its problems and propose feasible suggestions targeted in order to be able to have a good starting point for other new parks conservation, improve the overall quality of conservation work in kindergarten reference.This study selected A childgarden in X District of the City Zhengzhou for example.The childgarden is the only one new public kindergarten that X Zone of Zhengzhou City invested in the three-year action plan,therefore it has a representative,and has leading role model on other new childgardens in this area. This study adopts questionnaire study、the combination of observations and interviews, carries on the investigation and comprehensive analysis of the kindergarten conservation work.The study found that,A new public kindergarten in Zhengzhou’s conservation work has a higher starting point,but conservation and teaching management system is not perfect;nursery management personnel lack of professional guidance,management needs to be improved;nursing workload and caregivers pressure;teaching staff in higher education,but conservation inexperienced;single teaching staff training mode,training is not enough;the concept and behavior of combining child cre with education is divide and lacking psychological awareness conservation.For the above-mentioned main problems and their causes of this childgarden conservation work,this study proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions:improving the care management system to improve the overall quality of the kindergarten conservation work;improve the leading to the professional care managers;reasonable arrangements for care tasks,reducing teaching staff work under pressure;increased training efforts,improve the professional skills of care staff;intensive training,improve the overall quality of the kindergarten teaching staff;establish a modern and teaching new concepts, combinate the concept and behavior of child cre with education in practice;improve mental awareness of conservation, master of psychological care skills.
