Social Work Intervention In Community Cultural Conservation Research

AS the 19~thh National longressofcommunistParty of China reported.Solialism with Chinesecharacteristics has been in a new era what what we have to face now is principal contradiction between unblancedand inadequate developmentand the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.To meet people's expectation of living a happy life,we must provide them with rich spiritual food,strengthen the cultural confidence and promote the prosperity of socialist culture.In recent years,with people paying more attention to the traditional culture and the influence of nostalgia feelings,a crazy wave of communities.It is aimed to improve people's living condition and develop community conservation with modern elements,meanwhile to retain the original landscape of the villages.However,there are commercial interests,the villagers improve their living conditions and the interests of all parties,how to integrate the government in the community cultural conservation,community,enterprises,media,and the citizen personal resources,to build effective and feasible work mechanism of cooperation,to create livable and retain the traditional cultural environment,so as to promote the construction of community,this is present everywhere in community cultural conservation work must and urgently need to face the issue.At the end of 2013,the third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee proposed to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In the focus on governance issues,there was a"cultural governance"and"cultural governance capacity".Since the end of 2013,the cultural governance problems begin to focus by academic circles.In this process,social work,as one of the important professional power conservation community culture,in promoting the local government,community residents,enterprises and the power of charity cross-border cooperation,multivariate main body participation to promote community cultural conservation and community governance has played in the process of its professional function.In the literature review,the author found that domestic scholars have been in the theoretical research stage of promoting community cultural governance with community culture conservation,and practice is less.Based on the dual identities of researchers and actors,the author studies t the Culture of Tanka conservation,researchers and activists in new bay the Culture of Tanka conservation as the research sample,puts forward to the social work intervention in community cultural conservation management innovation to promote community culture,makes up for the community cultural governance under the perspective of community cultural conservation practice and research.This paper attempts to study the cultural conservation of the Xinwan community in dongguan,guangdong province as a research sample,and analyzes the origin of cultural conservation in the community of the new bay community,including the collection of the interests of government,villagers,social workers,social workers and enterprises.Secondly,summarize the feasibility and necessity of community cultural conservation in community development;Then,the study and review of the concrete action,effect and reflection of social workers in the community of the new bay community are studied.Finally summed up the path of the social work intervention in community cultural conservation and cultural conservation of innovation community cultural governance,promote the sustainable development of community model,reflect local culture under the background of new era of modern adaptability.By analyzing and proposing the social work intervention in community cultural conservation to promote the innovation of community cultural governance,it makes up the practice and research of community culture conservation from the perspective of community cultural governance.
