Cooperation is the man is in the process of the inevitable, a kind of inevitable phenomenon, in kindergarten sports games, often need to accomplish a certain number of children in the sports action or task, some simple sports action or task can be done alone, children and the most difficult task, children cannot alone, it’s need to cooperate with others. Therefore, cultivating children’s good cooperative behavior in sports game is very important. This study will from kindergarten teacher training in sports games the way method, emotional attitude of children’s cooperative behavior, and then observe the guidance of teachers. Here to defined as sports games need mutual cooperation to complete the cooperation between children sports game, it is to point to by two or more than two children, respectively, of a number of cooperation group, under teacher’s guidance, to help with the same item of sports games a way of organization; Referred to in this article the concept of cooperation is to point to in the cooperation of sports games.Combined with the needs of the research, the author lanzhou some small cuhk three kindergarten age class teachers as the research object, the use of participatory observation of teachers of young children in sports game between the cooperative behavior of guiding the whole process of observation records, and through the activities after the conversations with the teachers, to supplement of observation records, in understanding the real situation on the basis of the study.Through the sports game teachers’ guidance of children’s cooperative behavior and analysis, found that teachers in guiding this kind of sports games in the nature of cooperation exist the following problems: ignore the importance of preparation for training cooperative behavior; The guiding idea there is a deviation with the actual behavior of teachers, Lay particular stress on the solution of the problem under the guidance of teachers, neglect after cooperation skills and emotional development;Teacher observation does not reach the designated position, improper intervention time;The notion of teacher authority; Teachers ignore the value of evaluation links to strengthen children’s cooperative behavior. By analyzing these problems, discover thecause of the influence of these problems as follows: the teachers’ viewpoints on sports game and cooperation; Teacher education wit; Teachers’ personality characteristics;The influence of teacher’s personal life and the surrounding environment; Young children’s personality characteristics; Preschool age characteristics and cooperation behavior; Classes size; Kindergarten workloads. The author puts forward some improvement according to these problems and influencing factors of the guidance of the teachers’ advice: reasonable on the game material, build cooperation team,develop cooperation skills; To respect the principal position of young children, to learn to wait; To create a good atmosphere of emotion; Attaches great importance to the evaluation, and promote the internalization of children’s cooperative behavior;Strengthening teachers’ game concept and cooperation concept; Improve teachers’ ability of observation; Rich teacher behavior guide practice.
