Aimed to clearly understand the situation of history class observation of Senior high school in Linxia area, K school leaders and teachers will be involved in the questionnaire, start from the following points: observation contents, system, purpose, attitude and skill points etc. Taking the initiative, do the all-round observation, elaborate analysis, classroom teaching problems, efficient classroom revolution strategies of K school, which will be the strongest supports for promoting the efficient, appropriate teaching and learning.Senior high school history class observation is a kind of science of education research method, which refers to the researcher or observer with explicit purpose, rely on the self-sense and other relative assistant tools, directly or indirectly collect information from classroom, and do the corresponding research. History classroom observation plays an important role on the following aspects: promoting teachers’ professional development;supervising and boosting the teaching quality, enhancing the school teaching management.It’s also a school-based cooperative teaching and research activity.The study discussed the status of implementation of high school in Linxia through questionnaires for leadership, teachers and interviews,and a deep classroom classroom observation. Eventually, the study concluded history classroom observation of Linxia high school had follow problems,taking school level for an example, lagging in concept of school, imperfect in lesson observation system, lacking of cultural lesson observation,and lagging in lesson observation technology; taking teacher level for an example, lacking of teachers’ professional knowledge and observation skills, teachers occupational fatigue, not strong classroom observation, lacking of motivation and other issues.To solve the above problems, firstly,there is need to reform the concept of high school history classroom observation; secondly, there is need to reform the school system and management methods; the final key is to enhance the ability of teachers of history lesson.
