Some cultivation projects get a good development, as previously mentioned NPI NGO incubator mode, has been successfully hatched thirty or forty social organizations. The condition of most state-backed incubation bases are the same, the initial goals did not realize.In view of the fact that most cultivation of social organization is public service organization, and rarely refers to the cooperation organization of improve the economic development.
