As a grade seven information technology teacher, I always meet these case: when students finish the classroom practice assigned by the teacher, some students can use both old and new knowledge flexibly, that is to say, they can beautify and improve their works according to the teacher’s explanation. However, there are also some students practicing steps which is learned at the beginning of the class with nerves, timidity and busy all the class time. While others simply change to do other things that have nothing to do with the relevant class. These students who can not achieve the requests of teaching aims will become weak-learners in information technology and will be the threat of the whole smooth class, even to the regulations of all the class if not treated cautiously.Therefore, transforming a weak learner is much significant than cultivating a top student.The purpose of this study is analyzing the feasibility of the research based on a great many of literature studies. With the support of relevant theories, I also analyze the formation of causes of weak-learners in information technology and elaborate the experience which is summarized in helping them and the transformation in the practical teaching process to provide guidance for future teaching and promote the efficiency of transforming the weak-learners in information technology. The significance of this research lies in the students’ confidence and great atmosphere during the process of transforming the weak-learners in information technology to make every students enjoy the fair of education and provide references for other teachers.There are five chapters in this paper: the first chapter is introduction, which introduces the raise of problems, research purpose, research significance and research methods.The second chapter is literature review, which realizes the domestic and foreign research status about the weak learners and analyzes the related research status of information technology and weak-learners in information technology in super star academic discovery system resources and learn the theory related to this study:Humanistic Theory, Attribution Theory, Constructivism Learning Theory. The concept of weak-learners in information technology is derived from the definition of the students with learning difficulties.The third chapter is the research design, including theestablishment of the weak-learners in information technology in seventh grade, the raise of research hypothesis, the selection of object of the study and the data collection and sorting process.The forth chapter is the research process, which analyzes the teaching aims and learners’ situation in information technology course of seventh grade firstly to evaluate the standards of the freshmen in the middle school students and the overall understanding of the teaching materials.Secondly, it also lists the three actual classroom teaching case by the example given to illustrate how to use teaching strategies to transform them into average or top students in the process of teaching and let the students of different levels in the same class can make progress on the basis of their original criteria. Besides, it narrates the process of transformation of three weak-learners in information technology and analyzes their change after a school year.Finally, it summarizes the experience of managing to assist the weak-learners in information technology.The fifth chapter are the research conclusions and suggestions: which summarizes the process of weak-learners in information technology and comes up with suggestions for teachers, students, schools and parents. In a word, I will reflect on the disadvantages of myself about the paper and look forward to the study of the transformation of weak-learners in information technology in seventh grade.
