Established in 2011 in Ginsu province Aerobics Gymnastics Sports Dance Associat ion, provides a strong impetus for the development of Aerobics in Ginsu province.In r ecent years, the development of Aerobics in Ginsu province university sports movemen t speed in the project quickly, derived types, aerobics teachers in the current calisthenics pl ays a vital role in education and teaching in colleges and universities, the aerobics teac hers knowledge structure influences the teaching results. Therefore, we should continue to improve and expand the original knowledge structure of teachers in Colleges and Univ ersities Aerobics,otherwise it will not fit better Aerobics and educational needs of reform and development. "China’s educational reform and development outline" : "the hope of r evitalizing the nation in education, the hope of revitalizing education is teachers,the est ablishment of a Support with good political and professional quality, reasonable structur e, stable teachers, is the fundamental education reform meter." This paper combines the ae robics development trend and education system reform and development, explore the aer obics teachers’ knowledge structure, analysis of the factors influencing the aerobics teach er’s knowledge structure, looking for potential problems and gives the corresponding co mments and suggestions, and provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the aer obics teachers knowledge structure of university.In this paper, the knowledge structure of the colleges in Ginsu province aerobics te achers as the research object, mainly using the research methods of literature and data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, the prese nt situation of development, the Ginsu province university body-building exercises the t eacher knowledge structure of teachers’ knowledge-sources and obtain the pathway, expl ore the construction of Aerobics teachers’ reasonable the structure of knowledge. The ma in part of the thesis is divided into the following parts:The first part: analysis of the basic structure of universities and colleges in Ginsu province aerobics teachers. Mainly to the Ginsu Province University-aerobics teachers ge nder structure, age and seniority structure, professional title structure, academic structure, t he first special structure were investigated and analyzed. That, the academic structure of universities and colleges in Ginsu province aerobics teacher of the basic and reasonabl e; gender, age, the first-special structure unreasonable.The second part: analysis of the knowledge structure of College Aerobics teachers in Ginsu province. Mainly from the five aspects of Aerobics teachers ideological and poli tical knowledge, public knowledge, the teaching and training theory knowledge, method a nd tool knowledge, art knowledge were investigated.The third part: the generation of the sources of teacher knowledge or obtained wa y of aerobics. Mainly includes: "pre service student learning", "learning and participation i n various activities of the experience(individual sports experience and referee experienc e, teaching and research activities, professional reading,teaching reflection etc). Student le arning is an important source of College-aerobics teachers to acquire knowledge, but th e teacher knowledge is mo-relearning and experience comes from the entry of the. Of c ourse, there are many factors influence teachers’ knowledge acquisition, including subject ive factor sand objective factors.The fourth part: the analysis and construction of aerobics teacher knowledge. In th e summary of previous research on knowledge structure based on the analysis of the com position, aerobics teachers knowledge structure, which can be divided into: pedagogical k nowledge,knowledge, occupation of professional knowledge,practical knowledge, develop ment of knowledge.
