Physical concept is the basis of the physical basic knowledge, so the key to the success of high school physics teaching is to complete the physical concept teaching.Based on the current exam-oriented education ideology dominated by high school physics teaching, in the most of the teaching process searchers and teachers attach importance to conclusion, keen on exams tactics of exercises. Especially in the rural high school in some ethnic minority areas, due to being restricted by various factors,many students lose their interest in physics study because they can’t understand the concept completely. They would rather choose art not science, which will cause disproportionality between art and science students, do harm to the sustainable development of science class education and conflict with state the purpose of cultivating professional and technical talents. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to find problems and give advice by searching rural high school physics concept teaching.In this topic, with literature research, questionnaire survey method and interview method, under the guidance of, to analysis and comprehensive research that conducted a survey for the present situation of part of rural high school physics concept teaching in Linxia area.Through the survey found: Most teachers and students pay enough attention to understanding the role of concept teaching, but doesn’t focus on the generation process of the concept in concrete, the emphasis of teaching is not prominent; The students’ initiative to the physical concept learning is not strong and learning efficiency is low; yet the teacher’s teaching method is single, contact the actual life close is not enough. According to the survey found the problem, This study based on the theory of constructivism, Piaget’s cognitive development theory and teaching under the guidance of the theory of Ausubel’s assimilation, combined with the author’s teaching practice and experience, find some problems, and put forward the following suggestions to help physics concept teaching, in order to play a positive reference in the physics concept teaching for future.Firstly, highlight key points, grasp the link, and promote the process of physical concept teaching, concentrate on presentation, understanding and internalization of theconcepts, and through the practical application to enhance students’ understanding of concepts.Secondly, pay attention to the experiment, construct a concept map, and make efforts to form a scientific learning method. use all kinds of experiments, life examples to introduce concept. Based on the definition, connotation, extension and mathematical expressions,with the aid of concept map to knowledge framework, help students form good learning methods, and promote the formation of the concept.Thirdly, do it step by step, strengthen it again and again, gradually and deepen understanding of physics concept. Grasp the cognitive characteristics of students, attach importance to knowledge generated periodically, and let students reinforce concepts repeated reinforcement and explore.Fourth, according to arousing interest,At last, relate to theory with practice and stir up the interest, improve students’ initiative enthusiasm. Teachers can use surrounding stories, in the concept teaching.
