The reform of small-class-based of teaching is known as a revolution in teaching domain.The education sector at home and abroad, experts in universities and the various stages ofeducation schools jointly conducted on small-class-based of teaching, including the financialsupport of governments, the theory research from education experts in universities, and thepractical exploration of schools and classroom teachers. On the basis of the existingsuccessful experience home and abroad, this research attempts to explore a suitablesmall-class-based of teaching model for Qingdao city, as well as Shandong Province. Becausethe education is often situational, there is seldom a universal teaching model. Therefore,combining theoretical study of small-class-based of teaching, this research will provideeffective solutions for small-class-based of teaching based on small-class-based of teachingphilosophy, and then conduct surveys and interviews for teachers and students from a"learning community" small-class-based of teaching model. According to the analysis ofquestionnaire and test data, apply the "learning community" small-class-based of teachingmodel to own classes, and provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for classroomteachers. This research is to study the small-class-based of teaching model in physics. In theguide of the physical education ideas, teaching theory and learning theory, establishingeffective teaching process framework and activities of the program is the main contents of thispaper."Learning Community" small-class-based of teaching model can develop students’ability more effectively to innovate, build a new model for the development ofsmall-class-based students. In recent years, the Qingdao NO.15th Middle school is exploringsuitable model of small-class-based of teaching, creating efficient classroom and humanitiesclassroom. Using everyone get attention, development, and achievement as a code ofconduct, it has carried out many reforms, and has got highly praised in the questionnaire ofteachers, students and parents. The cooperative learning based on "Learning Community" andother new forms of teaching will gradually get improved and perfect, and then will take actionto do further research, promoting in-depth and implementation of small-class-based ofteaching in Qingdao. With the development of China’s education,do experimental study ofsmall-class-based teaching mode following the theory of the teaching mode reform; improveexisting teaching model combining the high school physics classroom; designteaching process to meet the "learning community" small-class-based model; and summed upsuitable small-class-based teaching for Qingdao high school physics teaching.
