At the beginning of the 90's.Shanghai Beijing and many other developed cities advanced small—class teaching as the aim of primary school reform in order to adapt world education reform tidal current,and now obtains good result, the development has built the solid foundation for the child life, At the same time also promoted teacher's specialized growth. From the beginning of the 2000's, the small-class teaching in the economical developed area comprehensively unfolds, enormously promoted the school teacher, student's harmonious development.This article practices the small-class teaching taking the TingHu Primary School in Yancheng as a document, summarizes the exploration TingHu primary school to practice the small-class teaching experience and the result. Regarding this and carries on the theretically analysis to ponder,it makes every effort to provide the constructive to the further perfect small-class teaching suggestion.This article divides into four parts: The first chapter is the introduction involves four basic concepts to the small-class teaching to carry on the limits and introduced the research technique of this articl. The second chapter mainly elaborated the domestic and foreign small-class teaching practice course, the content as well as the theory basis. The third chapter introduced the document small-class teaching practice exploration process and the results. The fourth chapter is to the small-class teaching related question theory ponder.
