This research paper aims to Chengdu Wuhou on the status of high school physical education study research, analysis, thinking, combined with years of high school physical education in school work experience, analyze, summarize, sum up, the group cooperative learning in high school physical education application and the reasons for the problems and put forward specific measures to address these issues and measures to promote high school students in the harmonious development of physical and mental health.Group cooperative learning has its importance for the students, the students physical and mental development of a positive impact, helping to train students in the autonomy and independence, to provide students with more training opportunities to promote the overall development of students, help improve the accuracy of student learning, help students teamwork. Therefore, to enhance the effectiveness of teaching is also important.However, in order to sample the school as an example of schools, group cooperative learning in physical education in the form of a series of problems, such as group activities, attention to form, the lack of substantive cooperation, student participation is not balanced, the cooperation between students is not enough active, not well to achieve teaching goals. The reasons are:lack of teachers in physical education organizations ability to learn and practice, the existing physical education re-evaluate and reward overall, light the individual, the current class sizes, not conducive to group activities.This study sample of schools in practice for the actual and the author, from the experience summarized as follows strategy:teaching content according to different groups using different models, seize the opportunity to select the right cooperative learning cooperative learning content, grasp the appropriate spatial and temporal organization of cooperative learning teaching activities, cooperative learning methods to grasp the formation of cooperative learning skills, group cooperation established rules to ensure the orderly group cooperative learning and effectiveness, building a diverse classroom teaching evaluation system, students learn the habits of cooperationThis study made a series of performance practice, inspiring interest in learning to enable students to experience success, and cultivate students cooperation and teamwork for students to develop a comprehensive capability to improve the quality of teaching. However, there are still some shortcomings need to be further explored in follow-up study.
