With the development of education reform, it raises higher requirement on head teachers’ class management and the development of students is much more based on quality. Learning life and social life are more particular about cooperation. So, as the last stage of supervised learning to university and society,it is significant for every high school student to understand the meaning of cooperation and for the same goal to have mutual cooperation.Classes, as the basic units of school, its management is an important part of school education, and the development of students’ education also rely on the form of it. Head teachers, as the manager of class and the guider of students growth, not only care about the students’ academic record, but also are on the general direction of comprehensively improving the students’ comprehensive quality and practical ability. Strengthening the cooperation between the students is to improve the class cohesion, collective identity and develop the students’ ability of cooperation and cooperation consciousness.To study the problems and countermeasures research of high school headteachers’ cultivation of students’ cooperation ability in class management, this paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the background and significance of the selected topic, introduces the home and abroad research status and methods of research as well as core nouns.The second chapter has carried on the questionnaires of "cooperation in high school students " and "high school teachers in class management ", and the record of interview with eight headteachers. It has discovered the situation of students’ cooperation is not so ideal, the students’ cooperation ability need to be improved, but most students have great expectation to the development of cooperation activities and have strong class identity; Head teachers have heavy pressure on class management and heavy load. They have certain understanding on cultivating students’ cooperation ability, but still show insufficient management on the ways of class management and tend to institutional and traditional management. The third chapter analyses the causes of students’ cooperation ability.The fourth chapter puts forwards the basic thoughts of the strategies of cultivating students’ cooperation ability, and countermeasures of training students’ cooperation ability. It provides head teachers with reference for improving the students’ cooperation ability in class management.This article has a research on problems of high school head teachers in class management, and the present situations of students’ ability to cooperate within the class, so as to change the low efficiency of current class management, incorrect way of management, weak consciousness of students’ cooperation in class and weak cooperation ability. According to the analysis of related data, it shows the causes of the present situations and proposes the corresponding concrete countermeasures of improving students’ cooperation ability in class management. It makes every effort to help high school head teachers to form the correct management concept, improve the quality and efficiency of class management, promote students to develop good cooperation consciousness, and strengthen students’ social necessary ability to cooperate in the future.
