With the development of the progress of science and technology, the current society has gone into a variety of times, and the model of current information dissemination and knowledge learning has been different from the traditional one. Nowadays learners need a new digital learning resource which can support reversal learning, mobile learning, the fragmentation of learning and individual learning, In this case, the micro curriculum comes into being. Micro course with its short and pithy, the complete structure characteristics has attracted more and more learners'attention, and is developed and applied in the actual teaching.Through research literature review, the paper introduces the development and application of micro curriculum at home and abroad as well as the origin and concept of micro curriculum, and discusses the purpose and significance of research methods to study the micro curriculum. About the theoretical foundation of micro curriculum, this paper from cognitive load theory and construction doctrine theory and mobile learning theory three aspects of research, and makes a survey of the status of high school information technology teaching, clear the problems and bottlenecks in the current high school information technology teaching. In order to better design of micro curriculum, this paper introduces the design and manufacture methods of current micro curriculum, mainly including design principles, structural elements, production tools of micro curriculum and methods of curriculum. This paper focuses on the application of micro curriculum in Photoshop teaching, thinking the use of links about micro curriculum in teaching activities, time distribution of micro curriculum in the classroom and the micro curriculum positioning, exploration how to use micro courses in order to obtain the best teaching effects in the high school information technology teaching. Finally, through the analysis the specific application effect of micro curriculum, students'feedback about the micro curriculum and teaching effect of micro teaching, discussing the significance of micro courses in information technology teaching in senior high school.Through the study of this topic and combining the actual situation of the school, we will make full use of the advantages of micro curriculum in high school information technology teaching to improve students'learning ability and information literacy, promote teachers' professional development and solve the problems in traditional teaching.
