Higher vocational education, as a branch of higher education, is more and more important and popular in the society. To promote the teaching quality of higher vocational education will undoubtedly become an important way to achieve higher education. Teaching quality of higher education is the foundation of school. It’s the key point of school’s development. It’s the live of a school. There are four subsystems:(1) Teaching quality management assurance subsystem, it mainly emphasizes to play a leading role and to work out teaching management system and implementation plan, to strengthen the construction of teaching management team.(2)Teaching quality performance assurance subsystem, it requires schools to establish diversified executive main body and professional dynamic adjustment mechanism, and to strengthen the construction of practical training system, to strengthen the construction of faculty and similar work attaches great importance to the students, to improve vocational culture execution.(3) Teaching quality supervision assurance subsystem, it mainly bodied the establishment of face to face teaching supervision system, and to establish the scene dynamic teaching inspection system and to create diversified examination mechanism.(4) Teaching quality feedback assurance subsystem, information feedback to ensure teaching quality from the result of teaching and the process of teaching. Through information feedback and timely treatment, it achieves the final effect of quality assurance.
