Undergraduate Employment Ability Training Problem And Countermeasure Research

In the time of popularization of education, post secondary institution enrollmentsincreased year by year,so as the number of graduates. As a result, a severely competitivegraduates flooded into the job market. A family invested a lot of time, energy andmoney to bring up a graduate, therefore, the emplovment of graduates were given highexpectations. In recent years the graduate employment rate decreased continuously, thusattracted wide attention graduate employment of graduate employability, so the study ofcountermeasures to improve the employability of graduates is very necessary. Thispaper focused on the in-depth research of the training and improvements of graduateemployability.This research mainly used the questionnaire method and graduate employability systembased on a large number of domestic and foerign literatures. According to thequestionnaire feedback and the result of interviews, the current situation of graduateemployability, the demand of job market, the gap between graduate capability and skillsdemanded by recruitment unites, and the employability training by education institution,recruitment units and graduate persons were discovered. AHP software was used tomake level analysis of the date from graduate employability, skills demanded byrecruitment units, and enployability training by education institution, graduate pesonsand recruiment units; according to the human capital theory, people post matchingtheory, academic capital theory, occupation career theory and competence theory, theissues in employability and the reason of the existing issues were fond. Through theexperience of the training and improvement of employability in foreign graduates, andrelevant theories put forward corresponging countermeasure for graduate employabilitytraining for education institution, graduate persons and recruitment units.
