A long-range development plan should be education oriented. Aneducation plan should be teacher-centered. Teachers undertakeimportant missions that teaching and educating, training builders andsuccessors of the socialist cause and improving the mission ofnational quality. With the rapid spread of information andglobalization, Normal Universities as institutions that training collegegraduates should actively integrate education resources, innovatetraining modes, strengthen the practice teaching and train collegegraduates with strong professional quality and comprehensiveteaching skills.From the present situation for teaching practiceachievements of normal university students, this article makes thelaw of development for students’ practice teaching ability of normalcolleges as the basis, aims to build up a set of perfect and feasibleevaluation standards for practice training achievements of normaluniversity students, to apply to teaching practice of normal universitystudents and provide a basis and reference for it.The main body of the paper consists of five parts.The first part: introduce the background, purpose, significanceand idea of this research. The second part: sum up policies of thedomestic and foreign countries and the practice teaching situation of College.The third part: put forward the necessity of constructing theevaluation standards for practice training achievements for normaluniversity students.The fourth part: the construction of evaluation standards forpractice training achievements of normal university students, asfollows:1. Three secondary indices of the debate, the experimentalcurriculum, the topic design composed the first-degree index of thecourse practice teaching. The relative weight is4%,7%and9%foreach one. These secondary indices included19points of investigation.2. Three secondary indices of the classroom teaching, the teacherin charge works, graduation thesis design composed the first-degreeindex of the professional practice teaching. The relative weight is32%,8%and10%for each one. These secondary indices included8points of investigation.3. Two secondary indices of the practice teaching outside theschool, the experimental curriculum composed the first-degree indexof the social practice teaching. The relative weight is15%and15%for each one. These secondary indices included4points ofinvestigation.The sixth part: summary and outlook of the whole thesis. Atpresent, the domestic research of practice teaching of normaluniversity students is insufficient, this article hopes to provide someuseful references for practice teaching of normal universities.
