Self-esteem is the core of mental health has been widely recognized personality psychologists and developmental psychologist, and it affects the individual’s own development, and to some extent, to maintain social functioning plays a role. However, the migrant children with learning difficulties because of their special family and social and environmental impacts, there is a certain lack of confidence. The ability to scale academic school, due to family economic status does not allow the lack of resources and education for migrant children with learning difficulties can not be diversified development capability, but also suffer from teachers and parents of external pressure, prone to low self-esteem, self-denial problem. Domestic research for students with learning difficulties are numerous, but mostly from education, to study psychology, from sociology to analyze less liquidity situation of children with learning difficulties and related Practice.From the perspective of social work, with C community agencies to self-esteem of migrant children with learning difficulties a study combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to analyze the differences between migrant children self-esteem levels of academic achievement, and students with learning difficulties at home school situation and its ability to self-evaluate the correlation analysis was done at the same time as "the mirror I" as a theoretical basis to carry out "Happy to do their own" group work, aimed at assisting clients a correct understanding of themselves and enhance self-esteem. The resulting analysis of the conclusions of this study are: first, the different levels of academic self-esteem scores of migrant children and their ability to self-esteem, there is a significant difference in achievement; second, the negative home and school environment is not avail for migrant children with learning difficulties to promotes self-esteem; third, self-esteem and maternal migrant children, subjective well-being perceived positively correlated; fourth, group work for students with learning difficulties to enhance the ability of self-esteem have better results.The research results obtained, in favor of group work in practical application and development of migrant children to enhance the self-esteem of students with learning difficulties, as well as to deepen concerns about the flow of disadvantage for children with learning difficulties, help assist migrant children to explore the potential of students with learning difficulties, establish a good self-image.
