On the basis of Van Hiele Theory, students’ thinking level during their acquisition of the trigonometric knowledge will be classified in this paper. Additionally, some advice on identifying their levels will be given and followed by the respective investigation and analysis. I will analyze the present situation of Senior One students’ logical thinking level, and discuss the relationship between it and their mathematics outcomes, based on the survey of 102 Senior One students from the same school. The following conclusions will be gotten in this paper:(1) students’ logic level makes a significantly positive correlation to their mathematics achievement, which means the higher logical thinking level is, the higher outcomes they get.(2) Most students’ logical thinking level can reach level 3,and the number of level 1,level 2 are both fewer than level 3. But the total number of level 1 and 2 students is larger. Thus, we will put forward some relevant teaching suggestions at the end of the paper. Firstly,We need strengthen the teaching of mathematics basic concept. Secondly, We should put attention to the cultivation of mathematical language reasoning ability. Thirdly,We must guide students to establish the dynamic contact of mathematical knowledge.Lastly, we need pay attention to the sex differences in logical thinking.
