Micro-lecture is the abbreviation of mini short video lecture, which is a new creature gradually applied into the field of education with the development of information technology in recent years. In this kind of lessons, teaching video is regarded as the main carrier and time is controlled within 10 minutes. The teacher designs and explores a kind of auxiliary class resources which supports most learning methods according to a certain knowledge. It is the most essential resources in flipped classroom because it further promotes the “student-centered, teacher-led” and “Learning before teaching” teaching reform. It chooses video as its expressing way, integrates so much resources such as pictures,music and text, and support the idea “Learn at anytime”, which change the traditional teaching method and style of classroom. This new creation has occupied its place in the field of education so quickly due to its features of short time, refined content and semi-construction. However, how to utilize and apply it is still a big problem. This paper focuses on how to lead micro lesson to combine with some certain subject and to express its function at maximum extent.This paper focuses on Micro-lecture and tries to combine the Micro-lecture with history teaching according to weak status of our high school history curriculum. Traditional classroom can’t satisfy present students with individualism and diversification. We now emphasize more on miniaturization and detail and pay more attention to cultivating students’ historical essence and subject ability. Micro lesson can not only explore the potential of students to study history, but also guide students to master the core methods to learn the history. Its most important meaning is that it can help students to comprehend the key points and difficult points.This paper begins with the definition and characteristics of the concept of Micro-lectures, elaborates to analyze the role of history and attempts to summarize the applied principles and methods of micro-history lesson. The author strives to find a breakthrough to improve history teaching methods and the quality of history teaching. It contributes to the construction and development of discipline of history and build a platform for the applying micro-lesson into history, which plays an important role in Micro-lecture rmative reform in primary education. This paper consists of five parts:Part I: Introduction. It introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research status and research methods of micro course at home and abroad.Part II: The basic analysis on the relevant concepts and theories of micro lesson. Define related concepts and explore the characteristics of micro lesson in history classroom of senior high school.Part III: Preliminary analysis on applying micro lesson in high school history classroom; the specificity of historical discipline;Using SPSS software to investigate and analyze the current situation in high school history curriculum.Part IV: The principles and study of the application principles of micro-history lessonPart V:Conclusion.
