With highly developed 21 st century information, network information technology and mobile communications equipment have become increasingly mature, and become a series of information, which influenced the human life, work and study, such as the social software and series of fragmentation information: Weibo, and We Chat. In information age, Micro-lecture becomes a new curriculum resources combined information technology with subject education, applied to the teaching, it is going with the development of the Times, the second is responded to an appeal by the national education informatization. History as one of indispensable subjects in the field of basic education, to explore on the use of the history micro-lecture on high school, it also reflected the request of the ages and the development of education diversification requirements. This paper will take the literature method, case analysis and questionnaire survey, exploring the high school history micro-lecture used out of class.This article will start from the concept of “micro-lecture”. First of all, explain the meaning of it, derived the characteristics, according to the concept of micro-lecture, clear the concept of high school history micro lecture, and discusses its basis of application. Secondly, around the micro-lecture’s features, focusing on history micro-lecture designed, including how to choose the history micro-lecture topic, establish the topic, collect materials and write mode. On the basis of history micro-lecture design the operation flow of micro-lecture teaching: distributed history micro–lecture learning tasks, history micro-lecture study by themselves before class, collect feedback. Then, for the high school history micro-lecture used before and out of class, showing the effect of high school history micro-lecture out of class. Finally, on the basis of two kinds of cases, the use of questionnaire survey through teachers and students, analyzing and master the usage of teachers and students’ cognitive attitude, to explore the value of micro-lecture using in the high school history. It is helpful to change teaching methods, training students’ autonomous learning ability and meet the individual needs of students, promote the teacher professional development, rich the high-quality history curriculum resources. Chasing the boom of circumstances, we should maintain a calm, think about the problems existing in the history micro-lecture, such as: the lack of historical subject characteristics of "humanism", it’s not easy to achieve the high-level cognitive history. Aiming at the problem of high school history micro-lecture, putting forward some suggestions to develop the history micro-lecture. High school history micro-lecture in the future should be combined with traditional face-to-face teaching mode, the offline and online mix learning model, then turn the class, realizing the new class of "dominance in teachers, main body in students", promoting students all-round development.
