From thousands of years, learning the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine from teachers is the main way to train the talented students. Under the traditional master-apprentice education, some famous doctors are trained for devoting themselves to the inheriting and development of Chinese medicine. With the time goes by, Education of Chinese medicine should fit the trend of history as well. In the latest 60 years, the colleges of Chinese medicine are booming and gradually becomes the main way to train the excellent students learning Chinese medicine. When facing the loom large problem of the educational pattern in the colleges of Chinese medicine, it is a positive exploration in the new time of Education of Chinese medicine to solve the question that the way to build a new system of training the talented students in Chinese medicine after following the features and rules itself for better inheriting and developing the career of it.In this dissertation, first of all, based on the references of the relative research achievements, the author will combine the features of Chinese medicine with the ones of Chinese medicine talents, and analyze vertically for master-apprentice education of Chinese medicine in every stage through the historical observation. Secondly, compared with different master-apprentice education in different subjects and based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the educational pattern of this education, and through analyzing the key problems and cases which had influence on the history, the author will analyze the reasons to the transfer of the master-apprentice education by three methods, including researches the history, looking up the references and studying the cases. Last but not least, through finding out the modern value and the new connotation of the traditional master-apprentice education, the author will explore the possibility of building the new education pattern to make the complement and combination between the education pattern in colleges and the master-apprentice one. As the result, both of these two education pattern can develop together finally.In this dissertation, the author has reached some researches achievements. On one hand, the superiorities and shortages of the traditional master-apprentice education in our country were summarized and its modern value was found out as well. On the other hand, contra-posing the shortage of the college of Chinese medicine, the author has explored the possibility the combine the education pattern in colleges with master-apprentice one and develop a new pattern. Then the author has put forward to its counter settlement. According to the dissertation, it provides the information for the education of training the talents majored in Chinese medicine for reference with the deep theoretical and practical significance.
