The Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Educational Administration In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Art

The vocational education is geared to the needs of people and society. With the rapid development of higher vocational education, more emphasis has been put on this type of education and it is playing a more and more important role in the modern economic society. Based on the objective of the vocational education, which is to satisfy the social and economic needs as well as cultivate talents of compound knowledge and practical ability, the scientific educational administration in higher vocational colleges is not only the essential requirement for the sustainable development of teaching work and educational administration, but also the fundamental guarantee for improving the educational quality in higher vocational colleges. To realize this, it is extremely important to make some targeted reforms and innovation in line with the features and reality of the higher vocational college.This paper attempts to explore the proper route towards adopting an effective educational administration system suitable for the art major in higher vocational college. The paper investigates the status quo and existing educational administration problems in higher vocational colleges of art by taking Guangdong Vocational College of literature and art as an example. Based on an in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the problems demonstrated by Guangdong Vocational College of literature and art, the paper puts forward some strategic measures from the following five dimensions: renewal of managerial concepts, augmenting of teaching staffs, improvement of operational mechanism, optimization of teaching quality supervision and construction of all-around evaluation standard in order to help raise the educational administration in higher vocational college of art to a high level and comprehensively cultivate the students’ practical abilities and occupational competencies.The research content of this paper is the concrete operation of administration for higher vocational colleges of art, with the research aim to establish a feasible educational administration system adapted for the cooperative education mode in higher vocational colleges of art. Meanwhile, the author hopes this paper can give some reference to other schools of same kind in the process of educational reform.
