In2001, basic education curriculum reform of national macro policy guidelines(for T rial Implementation) to promote the deepening of the reform of basic music education in our country, to change the traditional way of teaching, change too much emphasis on a cademic standard, change the course content of "numerous, difficult, partial, old", to chang e the passive learning, change the curriculum management mechanism. By 2011,the ne w "music curriculum standard", and again the direction of music education in the new er a mentioned written up, requirements of the music curriculum objective setting to achieve music curriculum value as the basis, advocated by teaching and various lively music pract ice, cultivating students’ love of music taste, feel the music and appreciation and the dev elopment of students’ performance of students practical ability and creative ability to imp rove the excitation, musical and cultural accomplishment, rich emotional experience and c ultivate noble sentiments,music practice activity is included in the music classroom educa tion second. Up to 2015 today, the national Ministry of education "on the promotion of s chool art education development certain opinions" clearly pointed out that the lower stud ents’ art quality assessment will be fully carried out, and the evaluation of students into a reference. Art quality evaluation is not only a music lesson content, contains a large nu mber of music second classroom practice, this is the country once again to promote music second class to the status of entrance so important, but also provides a large and a goo d environment for the development of the music of the second classroom. But, in fact, th e research literature of our country music second classroom understood, is not a high de gree of concern. Most of the existing studies are stuck in the teaching mode and the se cond class status were discussed.This research is to make up for the blank of the study of the research on the secon d classroom, an important part of the present music education in Hainan Province, the s econd classroom, music better development of the Wenchang area middle school as an ex ample, combined with the relevant state provisions, education, music education document s related theoretical knowledge of psychology and music as the guiding ideology, using the literature reference method and the questionnaire surve method,interviews and analysi s method of experience summarization, for classroom practice middle school music in W enchang second of the content, mode and environment, and make deep research on the a ctual effect, the total node can learn from the good development model, find out the exis ting problems, and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions and provide e ffective basis for the future prospect and music second class blueprint for the application of second middle school music classroom.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, elaborated fr om the source of the topic and the significance and the background. The second part i s the domestic and foreign related research topics include the related concepts and theore tical basis, advantages, key points, and the related research at home and abroad. The thir d part, give the statement summarized from the survey and the music education of eleme ntary education in Wenchang city. The fourth part, the current situation and investigation of Wenchang area middle school second class of music education, discusses the reasons and purposes from the selected cases, status,second middle school classroom music teachi ng activities in the Wenchang area can learn from the advantage and the emergence o f which problems etc.. The fifth part, the teaching advice and inspiration, in view of the i nvestigation and study part fourth problems, carried out from the music second classes s hould follow and the prospect of principle, how to carry out the second classroom of W enchang music recommendations in two aspects. Finally, the last chapter, the end of the chapter, from the development direction of Wenchang area high school musical second cla ss, a summary of the study,and points out the limitations of the study.
