The independent learning has been the hot fields in teaching research all the way, such as "figure of eight" teaching method;"Self-study counseling" method;"study first and then teach, training during the class " teaching method,"six-steps teaching method", etc. These teaching experiments, develop students’ autonomous learning ability, at the same time, it also realize the great promotion of teaching quality. In our country’s new Curriculum Reform activities, it also stresses the need to change students’ former passive, acceptable learning style, it advocates cooperated, explored and autonomous learning style. The Liu Cheng Senior School is a rural ordinary high school. However, the students’ study methods as well as the school’s teaching quality are not so ideal, because of these reasons, such as, students’poor learning basic, poor behavior, weak willpower, weak studying consciousness, teachers’traditional teaching methods and outdated teaching equipments in school. In this case, pursuing effective classes so as to realize the promotion of teaching quality is our problem which needs to be solved emergently. Then, How to solve? Classes are the main Measure for promoting the school education. The key of improving teaching quality and efficiency is to develop the students’autonomous learning ability fully and in this way can we improve the quality and efficiency of learning.In previous teaching, what the teachers were used to using were their teaching plans. It has a main characteristic of "teaching", that is to say, the teacher is the main role, the students accept the knowledge passively, it is over stressed on teachers’"teaching" and then ignore students’"learning", ignore the developments of students’self-study ability, asking questions ability and thinking ability, What’s more, it also ignore giving instructions on how to learn well. So some scholars set out to research the "learning plan", such as the <<the Construction and Practice of "Learning Plan" Teaching Mode>>. It emphasizes that students are main roles and we should pay more attention to learning. Because we pay less attention on guiding,"learning plan" show unconscious actual effect on teaching in rural school.According to the actual situation in our school, this paper, basing on relevant teaching theories, studies the influence of students’ autonomous learning ability and takes the development of students’ autonomous learning ability as the breakthrough point and those students in science classes of Grade2as research objects. We make some learning plans which correspond with students in our school by surveying students’autonomous learning situation. Take "learning plans" as the carrier, the "learning plans" and "teaching plans" should be combined together; the teacher’s tutoring and the students’ autonomous learning quality should a combination; abilities should be combined with knowledge and skills, implements some guidances of exploring independently and active learning to students, and also has carried out a high school biology teaching practice for half a year. The study result shows that using "learning plans" for teaching gives full play to the student’s main role function and the teacher’s leading role function. There are many obvious improvements in the ways of student’s study, their study results, autonomous learning awareness and cooperative learning abilities,"learning plans" effectively promote the students’thoughts to change from "demand me to learn" to "I want to learn", and gradually facilitate students to learn how to study, it is an important teaching means of fostering students’autonomous learning ability and students’ self-independent development. Under the new curriculum concept, the research of "learning plans" in Liuzhou region is in a white-hot state now. Both strengthening the research of teaching practice and excavating it’s tremendous potential provide some references for teaching research in the new educational curriculum reform.
