After 30 years of development, private colleges, with the national legal policy support and the stable market economy environment, have achieved good achievements. The development of private colleges has been from extensive enrollment expansion to the connotation of the construction of the science-based development. The key factor restricting the development of the private colleges is the construction of teachers. The teacher troop construction has been a soft spot in the development of private colleges. The benefits of private college teachers, is one of the important factors influenced the stability of private colleges teachers. This paper, researches private colleges teachers’ welfare benefits, combining with the current favorable situation of the development of private colleges and the rule of law environment, to explore the present situation of private colleges teachers welfare treatment and private colleges teachers welfare adverse factors, to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the scientific method of law,. Thesis mainly has six parts, the first part of introduction, mainly is the paper research purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, the focus of the paper the difficulty and innovation as well as research methods and ideas; the second part is the overview of private colleges teachers’ rights and benefits of legal protection; the third part of the present situation of the private colleges teachers welfare rights and legal protection; the fourth part is the influence factors of private college teachers welfare rights and legal protection; the fifth part is the countermeasures of private colleges teacher welfare rights and legal protection; the sixth part is conclusion and prospect.
