Building a strong education country is the basic project to realize the great rejuvenation of our country.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi pointed out that we should actively develop education,support and standardize the development of education by social forces.The teachers are the foundation of talent training in private colleges and universities,and the core driving force to ensure the strong and stable output of education and teaching.At present,private higher education in China is in an important period of transformation.How to protect the legitimate labor rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities,is an important issue in the reform and development of private education,and also the core issue of this study.Based on Maslow's demand theory,stakeholder theory and Rawls' s equity theory,this paper chooses W private university as the research object.Through the statistical analysis of the effective questionnaire data,this paper explores the practical problems existing in the protection of the labor rights and interests of the teachers in W private university,mainly including four main points: first,the status of teachers is unclear;second,the protection of teachers' treatment is insufficient;third,the evaluation and employment channels of teachers' titles are not smooth;fourth,the democratic participation of teachers in management is not deep.In view of the above problems,this paper explores the influencing factors that restrict the labor rights and interests of teachers in W private university,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the implementation and improvement of the labor rights and interests protection mechanism of teachers in private colleges and universities in the future reform and development of private education.There are three improvements in this paper: First,the research content has the characteristics of the times.This paper takes the comprehensive reform of private education as an opportunity,combined with the current new situation of running schools according to law in our country,from protecting the rights and interests of teachers according to law will become an important problem for private education to solve,and it has a strong sense of the times to lock in the protection of the rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities as the research object of this paper.Second,the research content is typical.Based on the background that W private university was approved by the Ministry of education as a private full-time undergraduate vocational school in 2018,which is one of the first batch of Pilot Universities of undergraduate vocational education in China,this paper selects the teachers of W private university in the rising period as the main research group,obtains the data with reference value through the statistical analysis of questionnaire,and reflects more typical problems.Third,the research theory is innovative.From the perspective of public management,combined with the characteristics of private colleges and universities,this paper explores how to protect the rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities,implement the security system,and improve the security system in order to improve the status of teachers in private colleges and universities.
