Research On The Legal System For The Protection Of Vocational College Students' Rights And Interests

Vocational education cultivates highly qualified applied talents to the society,it has an important role in the education system in our country.Due to the particularity of work-integrated learning in vocational education,the problems of students' s rights and interests protection increasingly prominent.Since the law of vocational education promulgated has not been revised,and students' rights and interests are not covered in it,as same as other educational laws.To complete the legal insurance system of vocational college students' rights and interests has important significance to the development of vocational education.This paper adopted the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and comparative study,surveyed the present situation of vocational college students' rights and interests and analyzed the legal protection system of it.Then found the main problems existing in the legal system of vocational college students' s rights protection,such as the imperfect legal system,the legal relationships between students and the vocational colleges or the intermship units.At the basic of survey and analysis,this paper then reviewed the legal system of foreign countries,which could provide favorable experience to us.The corresponding laws and regulations needed to be perfected so that vocational college students' s rights and interests could be protected.In this paper,there are several ways to achieve the above purposes.First,to make sure the legal raletions of students and colleges or the internship units,perfect the raletion laws by revising,improving and developing it;second,establish a complete legal system of vocational education students' rights and interests,strengthen the clarity operability of the relevant laws and regulations;then,set up the mechanism of protection of vocational college students' s rights and interests,improve the level of the colleges' s management system,and establish the specialized students' s rights protection department;the last,build the relief way of students' s rights,perfect the adminmistrative litigation,and also build the social assistance system of the vocational college students during their internship.
