A Study On The Protection Of Private Primary And Secondary School Teachers' Rights And Interests

Private education is an important part of our education.The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in 2016 revised the "Promotion of Private Education Promotion Law" and fully affirmed the status and role of private education in the development of education in China.In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Teaching Staff in the New Era" stressed the "maintenance of the rights and interests of teachers in private schools." This means that the rights and interests of teachers in private schools are an issue that we urgently need to pay attention to.In particular,as a primary and secondary school teacher in a private school,the proportion of teachers in the teacher team is increasing.As a basic stage of education,the primary and secondary school stage is a crucial period for the growth of students.It is an important stage for students to lay a good foundation for learning and to cultivate good quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully protect the rights of private primary and secondary school teachers,increase the enthusiasm of teachers,and stabilize the teaching staff.This article is based on literature research methods to define the connotation and policy basis of teachers' rights in private schools.Questionnaire survey,interview survey,comparative analysis and other research methods are used to conduct in-depth research on the protection of private primary and middle school teachers' rights and interests.Through the investigation of all representative private schools in Z City,it is found that the protection of teachers' rights and interests in private primary and secondary schools has the problems of poor salary protection,narrow training and limited access to education,misunderstanding of concepts,lack of implementation of policies,and supervision.The lack of a sound mechanism and the improvement of school management are the main reasons why the legitimate rights and interests of private primary and secondary school teachers cannot be guaranteed.In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of private primary and secondary school teachers,we must take measures from the aspects of government guidance,improvement of laws and regulations,improvement of mechanisms,and strengthening supervision and management.Toprotect the rights and interests of private primary and secondary school teachers,increase their wages,and stabilize their work beliefs,we can strengthen the construction of teachers in private schools,improve the overall level of running private schools,and accelerate the pace of development of private education in China.
