Career decision-making difficulty is due to the individual learning experience no or norelevant professional knowledge and skills required to master the profession..Provide adviceand help solve the difficulties they face and to reduce the decision-making for explorationcareer.It has important implications for the career development of college students. This paperstudies college career decision-making difficulties from college students to explore careersand social support both aspects. Random sampling approach to four universities distributed350questionnaires and survey data for data analysis. The results showed that:1.A contemporary career decision-making difficulties score on the college and itsdifferent dimensions whether key institutions showed significant differences.2.Meanwhile, the decision whether to participate in the difficult college career had onemployment showed significant differences in practice, participated in the employmentpractices of the students in the career decision-making difficulties score below did notparticipate in the employment practices of college students.3. College students’ career decision-making difficulties in the professional, gender,whether the class cadre did not show significant differences.4.Career exploration and career decision-making difficulties score and four dimensions(not ready, lack of understanding of all aspects, the message is inconsistent, unreliable sources)there was a significant negative correlation. Social support and higher levels of careerexploration, career decision-making difficult its lower score, the lower the difficultiesencountered in the career decision-making process.5. In which social support, career exploration to predict a significant negative effect oncareer decision-making difficulties.6..Career exploration between social support and career decision-making difficultiesplay a role in mediating variables.
