Since the reform and opening up China’s education has made rapid development outcomes, especially the rapid development of private higher education in general education so that our market-oriented, diversified development to meet the needs of education for our citizens to provide more educational opportunities. Today’s private colleges and higher education in our country is not only complementary, but in their own form of constantly grow and become an important part of our education. Private undergraduate college education needs is in this context, the role and continue to emphasize their important position. But behind the rapid development of the private undergraduate education, there are many problems to be solved.Private college education is not only facing competition from public education, but also faces some big companies on the market, the impact on business competitiveness of private education. These competitive pressures from the outside to promote private undergraduate education had to strengthen their own building, enhance their core competitiveness.
