In development process of the China’s rural education, the creation and development of normal education of China’s countryside during the period of the republic produce a part for the history. Under the impetus of the rural construction, the reform movement of nomal education and compulsory education’s popularization movement, the creating of the rural normal school is to promote the development of rural reform. Rural normal school that it is to rural construction strives to cultivate the students’ healthy personality in order to realize the full scale’s development of person. From the training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching management and social activities, the research for example xiaozhuang normal school, that it explores the cultivation of healthy personality in the perspective of school magement, reveals the relationship between the school management and the formation of students’ healthy personality in order to rural reform that it is to cultivate modern talents who promote the rapid development of the rural construction.A healthy body, the farmer’s skill, scientific minds, interest of art and the spirit of reforming society are five training goals of rural normal school. A healthy body is the material carrier of students’ healthy personality. The farmer’s skill is practice means of students’ healthy personality. Scientific minds is thought basis of the students’ healthy personality. Art interests is aesthetic education’s way of the student healthy personality, the spirit of society is the moral education target of the student healthy personality. In five training goals, we should education personality by moral education, inspire personality by intellectual education, bear the weight of personality by body, auxiliary personality by aesthetic education, parenting personality by labor, in order to realize cultivation of the students’ healthy personality.The characteristic of curriculum of rural normal school is "localization" and "life". The "localization curriculum"that it is the rural education professional course focus on improving the students’ agricultural knowledge and skills, and improveing service skills and ability of students in the countryside. Under the premise of the center of "life ", curriculum of life formed their five specific courses, respectively is: teaching and studying and doing of activities of the central primary school, teaching and studying and doing of management points, teaching and studying and doing of conquering the natural environment, teaching and studying and doing of transforming social environment, teaching and studying and doing automatically of student. This course of life will focus on improving the students’ life of intellectual, physical, aesthetic ability and work ability, ability of moral cultivation and innovation ability, in order to realize the all-round development of students, to realize develop of healthy personality of students.Teaching management of Rural normal school in the "the combination of teaching and studying and doing" creats the three kinds of system which are art friends system, academy system, small gentlemen system, and highlights the localization of teaching methods. "The combination of teaching and studying and doing" is helpful to improve students’ ability of using the brain and hand. Art friends system focues to their interaction with friends to transfer knowledge and skill, teaching and being taught are based on equality and mutual relationship, it not only develops friendly relationship in order to enhance the feelings between each other, but also achieve the effect of the education. Academy system that focus to prompt the active participation and diligently practice of students increases the exchange and cooperation between students, More important it increases the student’s responsibility consciousness and sense of ownership. Small gentlemen system makes students perform the duties of a teacher, realizes the hardship and happiness of the "teaching", and learned the character of the bear and share. Therefore, this kind of teaching management make the students to transform obviously of knowing, feeling, meaning and pratice, further promoting the cultivation of students’ healthy personality.Rural normal school carries out political activities, economic activities, education activities and cultural activities. These social activities can consciously abide the civil ethics code to cultivation the noble personality, Consciously inherit and carry forward the Chinese nation’s honor sense in order to make the form of the patriotic emotion, Consciously learn scientific and cultural knowledge and skills to encourage form of scientific mind, Consciously participate in various extracurricular activities to promote good health, Consciously abide by various rules and regulations in order to make the form of the self-discipline, Consciously practice hard work in order to make the form of the grit, Consciously learn and appreciate the art culture to promote the form of aesthetic. It encourages students to develop healthy personality.Finally, healthy personality cultivation of students of China rural normal school during the period of the republic, echoing "three big movement" in the background that promot the rural normal education.They are compulsory education popularization movement, normal education reform movement and the rural construction movement.
