Cultivating high-quality innovative talents is one of its important missions for honor college.As the scale of the honor education continues to expand, the relevant honors college students’comprehensive quality problems will emerge.Since the establishment of the honor college, the whole society have great expectations to all of the honor college students, so how to comprehensive the level of honors college students qualities? What qualities should they have?In order to improve the honor college education qualities, guide the students toward the direction of high quality and high level innovative talents, it is necessary to do in-depth research and analysis to the present honor college students comprehensive quality assessment system.Although the study both in theory and in practice of students’comprehensive quality evaluation of our country at the present stage have made fruitful achievements and experience, but also appear a lot of problems.lt is one of the important issues that lack of study of honor college students comprehensive quality evaluation.This paper takes Chuyang Honor college of Zhejiang Normal University as an example.Firstly,the author analyzes the characteristics of the students comprehensive qualities and the characteristics of comprehensive qualities assessment system in use;secondly,the author used interview method, questionnaire method, comparative analysis method and reference to the relevant research results to do the in-depth analysis on the comprehensive qualities evaluation system and to reconstruct the comprehensive qualities evaluation index system of the Chuyang Honor college.Although this paper has made some achievements, but some of the results are still preliminary and they may need to be further tested and adjusted in practice. The author think that the issues have further value for research whether in theory or practice.
