Research On Problems Of The Employment Of Pedagogy Postgraduates

As promoters of educational practices and innovators of educational theory, the successful employment of pedagogic postgraduates related to the development of our education and the process of relevant research in education. In recent years, with the employment competition of pedagogic postgraduates, the problem of employment has existed more obviously. Grasp the employment problems and influencing factors to the employment of pedagogic postgraduates through empirical investigation, this article tries to find out the corresponding solution countermeasures based on this. They have significant influence on promoting the full employment to the pedagogic postgraduates,optimizing the structure of employment, promoting rational flow of human resources and maintaining social development.This study adopted questionnaires and interview methods to investigate the pedagogic postgraduates personal information、major、employment of expectations and results in The X university from the year 2012 to 2014,and used the SPSS16.0 to handles the survey data. The author found that many problems existed in employment of pedagogy postgraduates through the investigation, they are: Exist the obvious contradiction between supply and demand, the employment situation is not optimistic;higher career expectation; seriously lack of employment guidance; lower employment ability and the employment satisfaction is lower. Then, the author analyzed Influencing Factors to the Employment of pedagogy postgraduates based on human capital theory and social capital theory, they are: human capital and social capital factors of their own,factors to University postgraduate cultivating and factors on labor market. And put forward feasible countermeasures accordingly.As the author thinks, we need to take actions from the national macroscopic policy,the human capital and social capital accumulation of pedagogy postgraduates own,postgraduate cultivating of University and labor market in four aspects to solve the employment problems of pedagogy postgraduates, and promote the full employment pedagogy postgraduates jointly.
