In recent years, the higher education of our country has obtained the considerabledevelopment, graduate enrollment and the number of graduate students is increasingyear by year. On the one hand, postgraduate education scale expands unceasinglyprovides a large number of high-quality talents for economic and socialdevelopment of China, on the other hand, it also brings the serious employmentproblem. It draws our attention that Master graduate employment situation fordiscipline is significantly different, the employment of master of literature andphilosophy of science graduate students is grimmer than that of Postgraduate Instituteof Technology. But for literature and philosophy of science, Pedagogy postgraduateemployment is more difficult. To study on the influencing factors of pedagogypostgraduate employment, it is of great significance to promote the sustainabledevelopment of higher education as well as the economic and social development.This paper takes the "the factors that influence master of Pedagogy postgraduateemployment " as the breakthrough point, drawing on previous research results basedon the two provinces of Zhejiang, Shandong, education research questionnaire andinterview survey was conducted to explore the full range of influence factors ofPedagogy postgraduate employment.The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, it is thepurpose and significance of the study and reviews related documents. The second part,it is the design and implementation of the research methods.The third part,accordingto a questionnaire survey of graduate on two provinces of Shandong, Zhejiang, toanalyze the master of education from the employment motivation, employmentstandards, employment and other aspects of the attitude of graduate employment. Andfrom the angle of gender, grade, professional, students, family economic status ofmaster of education graduate employment, to classify the influencing factors. on thebasis of the questionnaire survey, employment situation, employment expectation,around education science education value, professional talents training target andpattern of the14aspects of the Pedagogy Postgraduates that who were investigated, to understand more deeply the influence factors of graduate employment educationmaster. Investigation shows that education mode in single train subject attributes andtalents is the main factor affecting the employment of postgraduate master ofeducation; Individual Education Master graduate employment expectations,employment standards, employment attitude and their comprehensive quality is thesubjective factor influence of graduate employment education master; the adjustmentof industrial structure caused by economic and social change in China to thePedagogy Postgraduates providing sufficient jobs and shortcomings of universityemployment guidance work is the important objective factors of graduate employmenteducation master. The fourth part is the conclusion and countermeasures, by analyzingthe factors affecting the above, to put forward to alleviate the related countermeasuresof graduate employment situation master of Education. Firstly, to reform theeducation professional training objectives and modes, strengthen education functionand price for the professional service of economic and social development value;secondly, the graduate student individually should change the concept of employmenteducation master, improving the professional quality and the comprehensivecompetitiveness for showing themselves in the fierce job search process. Thirdly, thedepartment of employment guidance in Colleges and universities should broadeneducation graduate employment information channel master, to carry out many formsof job skills training, to help determine the reasonable occupation career planning, theemployment guidance work should throughout the whole studying process of graduatestudents.
