A Study On The Factors Affecting The Employment Of Postgraduates Of Pedagogy

In recent years, the higher education of our country has obtained the considerabledevelopment, graduate enrollment and the number of graduate students is increasingyear by year. On the one hand, postgraduate education scale expands unceasinglyprovides a large number of high-quality talents for economic and socialdevelopment of China, on the other hand, it also brings the serious employmentproblem.
