Education fair is how to ensure that limited resources reasonable allocation to each of the educates, promotes each people can grow up health, freedom, equality. From the point of view of the current kindergarten education reality, ignored by teachers and peers with a small number of children are in a long time refused to weak position, they wander in the edge of the crowd, they desire to join the game, but no one play game with them, they hope that someone can pay attention to them, and love them. Active and lively, they are live in the long-term adverse interaction environment, suffered the hardships of body and mind. As educators necessary attention as soon as possible,therefore, such a "special" and living conditions of children, early found early intervention.This research mainly uses a case study, adopt the way of peer nomination to choose M boy as the research object of this study, the M boy’s disadvantaged main show is rejection, rejection, present state of "rejection" children. The author through comprehensive investigation the status of living in the garden, understand him in one day activity in a row, natural, authentic records of all the activities of its in the garden,and by the method of event sampling record M boy in young children in the process of interaction and the interaction of new baby "special events", to reflect its "special" in the kindergarten of life.Learning in process of research, the children from their own or teachers, peer evaluation is relatively low. In the process of interaction, even though his positive interaction, but the interaction between teachers, and companion to give relatively negative attitude, in the end, because of the unreasonable way of interactive communication, often closed refuse, reject. Through data analysis, the writer found that make a M boy so special life from M boy, teachers, family and so on. So the writer put forward the following countermeasures: as the teachers, firstly we must adjust actively mentality, and find the shining point of M boy. Secondly, we will build the fair education environment, and use reasonable methods to intervene the disadvantages of M boy. As the family, his parents must change old education concept, building a healthyfamily environment, and solve the problems of M boy with teacher. As the department of kindergarten, we will reduce teachers’ burden, to put more effort into the child’s education. At the same time, experienced teachers’ team to be formed, individual education on a regular basis, and put forward feasible intervention to the main class teacher.
