This research is a case study,with a child who rejected by peers in Nanjing as the study objects.This study explores peer acceptance and peer network conditions of the rejected children through peer nomination,interviews,social network analysis.Meanwhile,this study collects the events of peer interaction of the child who rejected by peers with observation.With collecting and analyzing the dates,the author investigates the child who rejected by peers and others' peer interaction conditions,including interactive background,interactive theme,interactive guide,interactive way,agents and respondents' behavior nature,interactive results,etc.From this,this study explores peer interaction status of the rejected children.The study found the present situation of the peer relation of the child rejected by peers is as follows:peer Acceptance,peer acceptance of the rejected children is not high;peer interaction:proactively initiate intercourse,more interaction occur in regional activities,the attack behavior accounts for a large proportion,prefers to action method than others in the process of peer interaction,more self-oriented in the process of peer interaction,the proportion of rejected by peers is almost same as the proportion with rejecting peers;peer networking,rejected children whose peer network status is low.According to the research about the present peer interaction conditions of the child rejected by peers,the author analysis the interpersonal relationships factors impacting on peer interaction to different extent from the perspective of ecology of human development.Firstly,peer interaction factors:the time of peer interaction is discontinuous which leads to the inconsistent interaction,more self-directed in peer interaction causes confrontation between each other,the different method of communication in the process of peer interaction lead to conflict between each other,negative experience repeated over and over again leads to sharpening contradiction.Secondly,parent-child relationship factors:unsafe parent-child attachment has a bad influence on the establishment of peer relationships;the unequal role relationship between parent and children has a bad impact on peer relationships.Thirdly,teacher-child relations factors:tough-love-type' relation between teacher and children affect his peer acceptance,control-type' relation between teacher and children affect the his peer interaction.Fourthly,relationship between kindergarten and family factors:the mask of the relationship between parents and teachers leads to the improvement of peer interaction of the children rejected by peers,other parents influence on the teachers' decision.In order to improve the condition of peer interaction of the rejected children,this study proposes the following suggestions:Taking initiative to establish a warm and harmonious relationship with the rejected children,and creating equality-liberty and free-happy environment of peer interaction,guiding the child' peer interaction properly;the child' parents should come into being a correct concept of education and strengthen the parent-child interaction;kindergarten and family should strengthen the close communication between each other,and form the education joint effort.
